Yoga Classes

Group Yoga Classes

The group yoga classes incorporate a mixture of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative yoga. Sessions are designed to cater for all abilities and fitness levels and offer demonstrations, clear instructions, and modifications to make the movements and postures comfortable for everyone. During the classes, you'll also learn about the philosophy and benefits of yoga to help you understand the meaning and reasons behind the different aspects of the practice. All my classes offer support to women during their peri-menopause, as well as those who have gone through their menopause.

Sample yoga practice

The below video is a 10-minute sequence designed to help you release tension, stretch and strengthen your back. There is no need for a yoga mat, only a sturdy chair and some space around you. This makes it perfect for a quick break from work. Please listen to your body when following the instructions given. If you experience any pain or discomfort, stop. Consider adapting your movements to make them more comfortable for you or skip them, focusing on your breath instead.
