Hi, I'm Monika Gago-Patel. Welcome to Downward Dog Yoga, Meditation and Sound Baths. 

I provide classes, workshops and events in Harrow, Rayners Lane and online. Catering for the needs of individuals, groups and businesses. 

My mission is to help you become more resilient in body and mind. To help you transform stress into calm, no matter what life puts on your path, in your personal or work life. 

I do this through gentle yoga, meditation and sound baths. Teaching you easy and effective ways to regulate your nervous system. Supporting you in connecting with your body and mind, to notice what is going on. Helping you become stronger, more mobile and flexible so that you can enjoy your life without limits.  

Everything I teach I use on myself. And it is helping me handle everything I have experienced so far. 
This includes depression, stress, anxiety, burnout, chronic pain, insomnia, and bereavement. Now, I'm exploring the application of these methods for my peri-menopause symptoms

I know what it's like to be spinning multiple plates all the time. I'm an employee, with a job in the corporate world managing multiple projects and often travelling to customers. I'm an entrepreneur, running my own business so that I can share what helps me with you to make your life better. I'm a mum, nurturing and teaching life to two teenagers, a daughter and a son, plus a dog, who is my third child (the favourite one, but don't tell anyone). The list goes on, just like it might for you.
