Take a break from the daily demands of your life, detox from the busy and noisy digital world, slow down, release stress, calm your body and mind, reconnect with yourself, and learn how you can support your well-being using the various techniques covered during the individual sessions.

Sundays 2:00 to 4:00 pm

Each session focuses on a different theme, such as sleep. They incorporate gentle, slow yoga movements and longer-held postures with the use of props to help you find comfort and support, as you soothe your body, mind and emotions. You'll also be guided through breathing and meditation techniques to allow you to settle, quieten the chattering busy mind and find peace. To conclude, you will be bathed in the sounds of deeply restoring nature, emanating from my peaceful garden, and the crystal singing bowls. You're invited to join me for a complimentary herbal tea afterwards.

You may experience many different benefits of regular gentle yoga practice and sound bath relaxation, which are unique to each person and can include improved sleep, lowered anxiety and overwhelm, balanced mood, increased focus and creativity, and reduced sensations of chronic pain. 

Sound relaxation is not suitable for people with severe mental health problems, heart conditions, sound-induced epilepsy, tinnitus, ménière's or pregnant. If you are unsure, please seek professional medical advice.
